Shipping Info
Orders are subject to processing time, which is separate and apart from time it takes for shipment to reach its destination once received by fulfillment center. After your payment is authorized and verified, depending on a number of factors, standard, domestic, and international orders may take up to 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) to process.
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on destination of the order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
For U.S. Domestic & International orders, USPS is used to ship to location. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Lash Care Instructions
Shayshaymua mink lashes are lightweight, beautifully crafted, and soft to the touch. Please avoid all products that contain oil. Do not rub or pull on mink lashes. After use, remove glue from the base of the lashes. Please remove before bedtime and be sure to place lashes in container after every use to keep its true shape.

Makeup Services
Client agrees to notify Makeup Artist of any allergies he/she may have towards any cosmetics, and or chemicals. Should a reaction occur, requiring medical attention or not, it is agreed the Makeup Artist is not legally liable or responsible for injury, and or ailment of any kind.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is due same day appointment is made to secure service date. Remaining balance is due day of service.

Travel Fee
May vary according to location. Within the Metro area price point starts at $50 and up. For additional travel information outside of the Metro area, or state please contact via email at shayshaymua@gmail.com.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. A Cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply if you do not cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your appointment or fail to cancel at all, which is considered as a "No Show".
